On my stress test i was 13 out of 24 which means that my life is under good control but i need to work on the bad habits that i make in life. Somethings in life stress me out more than others. one of those things are when i have to wait for a long time and i get very impatient. The way that i deal with it is by just walking out side and taking a deep breath and then walking back in and waiting some more. Another thing that stresses me out is when i am very unorganized. when i lose papers that i really needed and then i cant find them it stresses me out a lot. The way i deal with this is by getting all my papers that i absolutely need and putting them in a folder.

When you get stressed, I think it is a good idea to step outside. I also think having folders for important classes is a good idea also. Good job!
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree with the folder idea! It's a great way to be organized. Personally I keep a folder for each class and label it so I can also stay organized that way.
ReplyDeleteI get impatient also, and I understand how being unorganized is stressful. Maybe try to get a folder for each of your classes so you can keep everything separate and easy to access.
ReplyDeleteYou should keep on using folders or something that can hold your assignments so they wont get lost. Also, breathing in and out slowly is a great stress reliever, especially if you start to get impatient and need to relax.
ReplyDeleteBeing unorganized stresses me out too. That is why I try to keep a planner and binder to help me.
